Below are published articles I have written. My background is varied, enabling me to write comfortably on a range of topics. I am, however, naturally curious, and love to discover new subjects. Therefore, I’m open to projects in any industry.

At present, I mostly operate as a ghost writer and my areas of expertise are:

  • Health & Fitness: I caught the ‘fitness bug’ when I was 18 and since then, I’ve competed in 5 Body Sculpting competitions. I’m particularly passionate about inspiring others – especially women – to embrace their fitness goals and constantly push themselves out of their comfort zone.
  • Home Renovation & DIY: I’m a Ladie-Tradie! I’ve worked as a Trades Qualified Painter and Decorator for over 10 years and studied Interior Design. I love all things DIY and often have multiple projects on the go!
  • Animals (especially dogs): I love animals, and have always surrounded myself with them. As a current proud Dog Mom of 2 – one of which endured a spinal injury in 2016 – I am very familiar with product, medical and training trends as well as newsworthy articles.
